That’s why we offer beauty industry professionals the opportunity to become teachers themselves through our Instructor Training program.
Designed for licensed and experienced operators in cosmetology, esthetics, and related fields, this 600-hour program can empower you to make a lasting impact in the lives of your students.

Our instructor training program covers the following topics and skills:
- Educational judgments
- Best practices for classroom instruction
- Course development and lesson planning
- Teaching methodology and aids
- Classroom management
- Testing and student evaluation
- Clinic supervision and hands-on instruction
- Conflict resolution
Our instructor training program is offered at the following campuses:
Applicants to our Instructor Training program must:
- Provide proof of high school completion or equivalent.
- Provide proof of active licensure in their field of practice.
- Provide a resume showing relevant work experience.
- Provide a copy of a valid state or federal-issued photo ID.
- Apply, be interviewed, and accepted for the chosen program.
- Submit a registration fee to the college after acceptance to confirm enrollment.
Financial aid is available for those who qualify. Qualifying students may also make use of funding from the following programs:
